Private pool with concrete deck and AstroTurf yard. Shaded tiki bar area with sink and bar seating along with shaded outdoor sofa. Outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. Hot tub in pool area. Pool heat is available for $50/night.

Second floor features two king master suites with private baths and access to either a private balcony or shared deck. A queen suite with private bath and access to shared deck overlooking the pool area. Two twins with private bath. Built in bunk bed room with private bath and access to private deck. TV alcove with pull out twin sleeper sofa and access to deck overlooking the pool.

Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two kitchen sinks, gas range with commercial hood, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker. Large kitchen island with counter height seating for seven. Large dining table with seating for 12. Living room with 82″ wall mounted television, access to the deck overlooking the pool area, powder room. An additional two king master suites with full baths are located on the third floor along with a library room with additional built in twin and twin trundle. All bedrooms and the library have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions for cable or streaming your subscription services. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together.

This home is a short walk to the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis Club–seasonal operation. The subdivision is located along the bike/multiuse path in Corolla for ease of transportation in the area as well.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms). This season due to COVID-19 and for the safety of all guests we have removed the quilts, comforters, shams and coverlets from the beds. You have the option to bring your own comforter or use the blankets that are provided in the closets. Sheets and bedding are not provided for the sleeper sofas.
